Rose first joined A & A Mortgage, Inc. in May of 2001.  Her first role with A & A was as a Loan
Originator and later switched to Loan Processor / Underwriter. Her responsibilites include reviewing
documents to confirm file fits lender guidelines, reviewing turn around times to insure contigencies
are met for closing dates and lock expirations and making sure documents and funds arrive at the
title company in advance of the closing.  She also works with lenders, title companies, and
appraisers to make sure the closing goes smoothly and all required documentation has arrived and
auditing files to make sure they comply with state and federal regulations.
